PBX Voice Mail to Email
At first glance this feature doesn’t seem like a huge deal but when you think about it, your email is likely the one thing you will have with you no matter what time it is or where you are in the world. We program the phone systems we install to send voicemails directly to your email which allows you to respond to important calls more quickly than would otherwise be possible.
How it works
As a built in feature of the Panasonic NS700 we simply add your SMTP mail server details in the PBX and set an email address for each extension. As staff change you will likely need to update email addresses which you can do directly from any computer on your network via the web browser.
Other features
Depending on your requirements we can set your personal voicemail to give the option to return to reception or to divert directly to your mobile by dialing #1 for example.
You may have a group of phones that all require access to the voicemail, in this case we usually either set up an email group with all staff included or we set a button on each phone that lights up when there is a message for the group.
